A dancer and cheerleader since her early years, Valonda cheered in college and professionally for the Washington Redskins. In 2015 she was inducted into the C. E. Gaines Hall of Fame at her alma mater, Winston-Salem State University. Valonda teaches beginner jazz at North Carolina Dance Institute in Raleigh and she's a member of Black Box Modern Dance Company. Valonda can also assist engaged couples with first dance and parent dance choreography.
